Tuber sales for the 2025 growing season began on New Years’ Day, January 1st, 2025. We are sold out for the 2025 season. All of the below varieties were offered in 2025 and are shown for reference. We expect these, plus others, will be part of the sale line up in 2026.

All orders will ship at the end of March and beginning of April.
